Machine Operator CNC Turning & Milling (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Cutting of sheets, profiles and pipes of steel or other metals
• tearing and marking of the cut lines
• Adjust the burner parameters (pressure, gas quantity, temperature)
• Hand or mechanical cutting
• Monitoring the cutting process for compliance with dimensional tolerances

Your profile

• Complete vocational training as a CNC machine, machining mechanic, industrial mechanic or in a similar metal occupation
• Knowledge of CNC programming, operation and setup
• Experience in handling common controls (e.g. Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc)
• Secure reading of technical drawings and understanding of manufacturing tolerances
• Experience with measuring instruments (e.g. micrometers, height gauges, coordinate measuring instruments)
• Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM systems of advantage
