Implementation of maintenance, repair and maintenance work on installations of technical building equipment Ensuring plant availability through preventive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting Independent and team-oriented removal and maintenance operations also outside the site Implementation of cross-sector inspection work and smaller repair measures on technical installations Support for general mastery activities as well as care for gray and outer surfaces to ensure a well-maintained condition

Complete training as an electrician, electronic, mechatronic or comparable technical qualification Ideally professional experience in maintenance, operating technology, building technology or technical building equipment Also dedicated professionals with willingness to learn and interest in professional development are welcome Independent, structured and responsible working methods as well as high team capacity and communication strength German at least level C1 and driving licence class B
