Take over building activities: You control planning projects and act as an interface – both technically and commercially Coordination: You integrate all stakeholders (architecture, TGA) and ensure that cooperation is smooth and targeted Develop feasibility studies: you create and accompany comprehensive studies for renovation and new building projects Planning and project sustainable: You are responsible for the independent planning of new construction and renovation projects with a clear focus on sustainable construction Costs and dates under control: You take responsibility for cost calculations, budget control and compliance with schedules
