Business Economist / Industrial Clerk Procurement Support (m/f/d)

Support of the Local Procurement & Real Estate Team in administrative tasks, in particular in data processing, analysis, training support and progress monitoring Cooperation in the development of the annual project pipeline and preparation of relevant data from different sources Tracking the implementation of sourcing projects including contract implementation and performance review of suppliers based on defined KPIs and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) Use and maintenance of procurement tools (e.g. sourcing, project and savings reporting, contract databases) and creation of data sets for analyses and reports Active monitoring of projects of the team (e.g. training programs, sustainability targets, risk reports), identification of deviations and initiation of appropriate countermeasures

completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or comparable professional experience as well as many years of professional experience in the Procurement pronounced analytical skills with very good Excel and data management skills structured and detailed working methods as well as strategic thinking with high hands-on mentality strong communication and presentation capabilities as well as high service and target orientation towards internal customers
