The function shall ensure the smooth, secure and regular settlement of the Bank’s national and international payment transactions. The combination of technical expertise, quality assurance, regulatory compliance and direct customer and consultant support provides the basis for reliable payment transactions that meet both legal requirements and the high service and security standards of the bank.

In this task you take over: the responsibility for the settlement of SEPA & international payment transactions the processing of customer concerns related to domestic and foreign payment transactions for private and business customers as well as corporate customers coordination and implementation of a smooth process of payment transactions, including all internal and external interconnections - the service orientation and the well-being of our customers is at the forefront further processing of customer orders, inventory management and archiving of customer orders from payment transactions and quality assurance

Ideally, you have: a completed (bank) commercial training or comparable qualification, combined with 3-5-year professional experience in the relevant field well-founded knowledge of processes, formats, rules and peculiarities of payment transactions, including handling of returns, recalls, locks, foreign exchange and checks a safe handling of legal and supervisory requirements (e.g. embargo and sanctions lists, money laundering, Bundesbank rewrite) and the ability to assess risks professionally correctly the ability to penetrate information in a short time and set meaningful priorities in your working day. Thinking in holistic processes is easy for you. proactive action leading to pragmatic and solution-oriented decisions. Challenges do not bring you to complete it. You face new challenges and are able to question existing approaches and identify potential for improvement. a pronounced empathy that allows you to consciously perceive people. You are able to make your communication targeted and adaptable.
