Your As part of our digital HR transformation, you work in international projects to implement and develop strategic HR applications with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors. As an interface between HR areas, IT and external service providers, you bring your HR process knowledge and your technical affinity and communicate with all stakeholders at eye level. You analyse international requirements for the digitization of HR processes and the data model and develop future-oriented digital solutions together with IT. In doing so, you support a standard implementation and identify optimization options for simplifying and improving existing processes. In particular, you take the following steps: Creation of concepts, requirement analyses and process and solution designs Coordination and implementation of tests and test cases Training of key users in countries Individually responsible implementation and management of projects In the daily business, you support the team: Continuous optimization of existing processes Release Management Troubleshooting and ticket processing Close cooperation with the entire People & Culture area, IT HR as well as internal and external partners.

Your After your studies or training, you have already gained several years of experience in a comparable position - ideally in the context of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM as well as in international projects. You have knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, preferably in Employee Central and/or functional modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding or Performance & Goals. A high level of readiness as well as an independent, predictive and service-oriented mode of operation are the key. At the same time, you convince by team and communication skills. You bring strong analytical skills, question existing processes and develop new solutions. The safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel, is of course for you. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
