As a Global Process Owner Change Management, you are responsible for the global conception, development and governance of the ITIL-based change management process within corporate IT. The aim is to ensure a uniform, risk-conscious and efficient process that controls changes to IT services and infrastructures, allows transparent and with minimal impairment of business operations.

Definition, care and continuous development of the global change management process according to ITIL as well as ensuring compliance with Group-wide guidelines, standards and compliance requirements (e.g. ISO 27001)

Combining existing change processes (infrastructure / SAP) to a globally uniform, roll-based process and close coordination with other process owners and departments

Identification of optimization and automation potentials, development of a multi-year process roadmap and definition and control of KPIs for process performance

Ensuring the mapping of the change process in ServiceNow and process modeling in Signavio, including responsibility for data quality and reporting

Close cooperation with corporate change managers, service managers, MCAB members and service desk to ensure uniform communication and clear escalation paths

Development and implementation of training and support in internal and external audits (e.g. ISO 27001) to promote process understanding and compliance

Experience in IT Service Management, preferably in international corporate structures

Knowledge of ITILv3 and/or ITIL4 (Change, Incident, Problem, Configuration)

Experience in working with ServiceNow (Change Management Module) and process modeling in Signavio

Strong analytical skills and understanding of process design and process key figures

Ability to structure and communicate complex technical and organizational relationships

Impressed communication and enforcement in global, interdisciplinary teams

Very good English knowledge of word and writing, German knowledge of advantage
