In addition to external accounting (IFRS and HGB), this includes the internal, economic determination of results for control purposes as well as the creation of all supervisory reports to sustainability reporting.

The unit financial applications and services is competently responsible for the determination of qualified earnings data. This includes defining the settlement and booking processes with the departments outside the area, as well as technical support and further development of the financial applications. It is also responsible for the financial accounting of LBBW and various subsidiaries. The Financial Results Unit is responsible for the technical validation of stocks and segments as well as the regulatory KPI. It is also responsible for the creation of the economic PnL on a daily basis.

Your

During your trainee program, you will learn about external accounting, economic results and regulatory reporting. You actively participate in our processes and get a wide range of insights into the mapping and evaluation of all financial transactions. You support us in the analysis and processing of information for our stakeholders. In addition, you can participate in the creation of Management Reportings to control important key figures of the Group. As part of the team, you will be introducing your ideas with a variety of topics and current projects (e.g. optimising our core processes with the help of AI). You support us in our focus on existing and future challenges (e.g. digitalization, new regulatory requirements).

The basis for your success is a successfully completed university degree or a comparable qualification as well as your interest in banking. You have financial knowledge in capital market business or reporting. You bring experiences through internship or work-studierende activities in the financial environment, combined with a programming language such as SQL. In addition, in the selection process you convince with a successfully completed cognitive performance test. Ideally, you have experiences with the common MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Your German is reliable (min. C1) and you have good to very good English skills. You are a data affinity and have a pronounced analytical thinking ability, processes do not only want to understand, but also improve. You're drawing yourself through your independent and independent way of working.
