Talent Development Specialist (m/w/d)

In your role, you can support our Talent Development Team with a variety of tasks in the area of Learning & Development and actively contribute to the further development of our learning opportunities and processes: Supporting the Talent Development Team for administrative tasks and documentation and communication of internal L&D processes

Care and further development of the group-wide learning management system (LMS)

Organisation and coordination of training courses including scheduling, participant management and communication

Creation, revision and maintenance of e-learnings as well as presentations and reports in cooperation with internal specialist departments

Support in Budget Control and Management for Learning & Development Activities

This will help you to effectively support us in the area of Learning & Development: Complete study or comparable qualification in the field of HR, education management, event management or the like.

First experience in the administrative area of Learning & Development or with learning platforms desirable

Very good organizational skills, structured working methods and strong communication and team skills

Very good English skills in word and writing

Secure handling of MS Office (especially PowerPoint); Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) of advantage
