Expert Emergency and Crisis Management (m/f/d)

Development of the Group-wide emergency and crisis management incl. Strategy to increase crisis resilience on a risk-based basis Design and implementation of a holistic emergency and crisis management process in close cooperation with BCM and interface functions Planning, implementation and follow-up of cross-departmental bar frame exercises and design of a holistic training program Qualification, training and further development of the decentralized emergency organisation incl. Conception and development of digital training and training formats Working in the rotating readiness as a Business Continuity Manager on Duty as well as active cooperation in the central crisis organisation including operational crisis staff Analysis and evaluation of internal processes and systems with regard to safety and monitoring of the areas of expertise in the implementation of BCM and crisis management requirements across the entire lifecycle Continuous exchange with relevant stakeholders and cooperation in cross-sector and division projects, in particular on regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA)

Successfully completed studies in the fields of security and security, security management, disaster/crisis management or comparable level of education At least five years of relevant professional experience in the field of emergency, crisis and/or business continuity management Experience with the design and further development of a holistic emergency and crisis management Specialized training and/or certifications in the context of emergency, crisis or business continuity management are desirable Outstanding sense of responsibility, high problem-solving competence, enforcing ability and communication strength Very good organizational skills and impact in the management of emergencies and crises Good knowledge of English
