You are trained riflemakers and understand to translate technical know-how into convincing sales talks? Do You have sufficient control for the professional world? Do you recognize customer needs quickly and develop tailor-made solutions? Then you will become part of POL-TEC and actively participate in our sales success.

In this position you combine sound expertise with entrepreneurial thinking. You advise stock and new customers competently on our products, identify market potentials and drive the expansion of our customer portfolio. Through your technical expertise, you create confidence – you generate sustainable growth through your final strength.

Your tasks:

• Maintenance and repair of customer weapons • Training of workshop personnel • Support and development of existing customer relationships • Active new customer acquisitions and market observation • Creation of offers and support of the entire distribution process until completion • Close cooperation with internal departments

• Completed training for riflemakers • An additional commercial training is advantageous, however, no prerequisite • Weapons permission (WBK, hunting license) is advantageous • Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing • Funded MS Office Knowledge • Organizational talent, communication strength and pronounced hands-on mentality • Enforcement, resilience and team capability • Very high autonomy and the drive to implement things independently
