Designing ''Technical Management of the Competence Center Lifts & Fördertechnik - Region Deutschland (w/m/d)' You actively focus on our business field. In this role (to be occupied throughout Germany) you take over the overall technical responsibility for the business segment Aufzüge & Fördertechnik including machines as well as flying buildings in Germany. Together with the management team, You develop the strategy and product portfolio of the business field. In addition, guide our technical leaders professionally and disciplinaryly, give orientation and promote strong, networked cooperation across regions and teams. In addition, you are responsible for quality management and work security rules in the business field and are driving the optimization of systems and processes together with IT specialists. You bring innovations on the way, identify market and customer needs and actively contribute to the development of new technical services. You accompany notifications, accreditations, certifications and external audits, together with our specialist bodies, in a sovereign and solution-oriented manner.

A completed engineering studies or a comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in managing technical teams and/or developing technical services. Wide expertise in elevator and conveyor technology, machine safety and ideally in the field of flying buildings. Funded knowledge in quality management systems, HSE and process and organizational structures. Detailed knowledge of accreditations, notifications and experience with external assessments. A pronounced affinity for digital tools, systems and structured work. Communication strength, network skills, entrepreneurial thinking and a safe occurrence towards internal and external stakeholders.
