Your tasks • Your profile • What we offer

As part of our compliance team, you work closely with experienced colleagues in the Group Governance area, as well as the Group Privacy and Information Security teams. You support group-wide targets, strategies and risk management measures – and learn how KPIs are used to measure success. You participate in the ongoing development of our integrated governance and compliance management system (GCMS) and accompany the implementation of measures in our international companies. You advise the specialist departments and international locations on compliance-relevant issues - especially in the areas of fraud, money laundering and corruption prevention. In Group-wide policy, you are responsible for the development and implementation of policies and support our global standards. You test, analyze and evaluate regulatory developments - both at national and international level - and conduct compliance-related risk analyses. You help to create training, awareness campaigns and communication formats and actively participate in training and audits. Together with the team, you will further develop our international governance & compliance community. You also actively support whistleblowing systems and processing compliance incidents.

You have a degree – e.g. in law, economic or communication sciences – or a comparable qualification. First practical experiences in the field of compliance or governance are of advantage, but no need. You are interested in topics such as compliance, corporate governance, risk management and internal control systems and want to develop in these areas. You bring knowledge in the field of building, care and further development of business continuity management systems as well as in the implementation of Business Impact analyses, or you want to work into these topics. You work structured, show your own initiative and want to take responsibility – with the support of an experienced team. You are digitally affin and use common tools like the M365 Suite (e.g. OneNote, Forms, Power Automate). Dealing with modern technologies like GPT is interested in you and you want to learn to use them specifically. You communicate clearly and objectively – also in the international environment – and you constantly develop your consulting and negotiation skills. Traveling willingness: About every two months you will visit our European companies for short missions. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
