E.ON Grid Solutions Trainee Program (m/f/d)

Individual entry & Onboarding: You start with a comprehensive introduction program to get to know the E.ON Grid Solutions, the E.ON Group and the energy industry and your future tasks. Rotation principle: Cross-functional placements at E.ON Grid Solutions and the E.ON Group offer you a wide range of insights. International perspective: possibility to use in an international unit or project to experience global energy issues close to the skin. Training & Mentoring: You benefit from tailor-made training offers, soft skills trainings (learning journey) and a personal mentor as well as a buddy that will accompany you during the program. Individually responsible projects: From the start, you take responsibility for your own projects and actively contribute to the design of the energy transition. You work in various teams.

Completion: You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as energy management, engineering or digitization/IT, and use your technological know-how to classify and develop complex tasks in a sound manner. Agility: You are flexible with changes, moving yourself confidently into dynamic environments and bringing the willingness to learn at different E.ON locations and take responsibility. Team spirit: You are happy to work in the team, promote trusting cooperation and build sustainable relationships with stakeholders through active collaboration to drive effective solutions together. Innovation joy: You are delighted to question existing processes, try new ways and introduce innovative ideas, especially when it comes to actively and courageously shaping the future of energy. Communication capability: You can communicate safely in German and English, communicate complex issues clearly and understandably and use your communication strength to successfully shape teams, workshops and cross-departmental voting.
