As a production employee (m/w/d), you become part of a team that forms the basis of all production processes. Your work is to use machines, equip them and to subject the manufactured products to quality control. The job offers you the chance to gain valuable experience in the industrial environment, even if you have little to no professional experience. The activity requires precision, attention and a certain resilience as you will work in shift operation.

• Operation and monitoring of machines during production.

We are looking for

No extensive professional background is required for the position as a production employee (m/w/d), but some basic requirements are necessary. The role is ideal for motivated and ready-to-learning persons who are interested in a production activity.

• Completed schooling or comparable qualification.
• First experience in production or a strong interest in production processes.
• Ready to work in 3-shift operation.
• Physical loadability and precise, concentrated operation.
• Team skills and motivation to participate in a lively working environment.
• Flowing German knowledge to understand and implement work instructions.
