Tasks with perspectives

You support the Transformation & Operating Model team in the strategy implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) within the Atruvia. You actively work on the operational management of workstreams, take over tasks in project management and help in the design and implementation of workshops. You prepare management presentations and workshop documents, participate in analyses and take smaller work packages independently. You support the development and implementation of concepts in the AI environment, such as the integration of new technologies into existing processes. You work closely with experienced colleagues, receive technical and methodological support and regular feedback on your further development.

Personality with profile

You study economics, economic engineering, business informatics or a comparable discipline and are in an advanced degree (min. 3 completed semesters in the Bachelor). You ideally have first practical experience in projects relating to artificial intelligence, digitalization or IT transformation - e.g. through internships or study projects. You have knowledge of German (C1) and good English (B2). You work analytically, structured and self-responsively and bring a quick understanding. You have a safe appearance, communication strength and team spirit and convince with high reliability. You are safe in handling Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel) as well as modern collaboration tools.
