As a dual student, you can help with a variety of tasks in controlling and get to know the company's business processes. You run through all commercial departments, such as finance, purchasing, sales and personnel, and from the outset you are implementing your theoretical knowledge directly in practice. You can also participate in digitalization and data analysis projects in controlling and take more and more responsibility for your own small projects. You will complete the theoretical phases at the Leibniz Fachhochschule in Hannover, where you will visit practical courses in mathematics, accounting, VWL, financial management, controlling and analytics. The practical phases are carried out in our company in Laatzen.

You have the Abitur or the Fachabitur with good performance in mathematics and business. You are interested in business topics and bring a good understanding of figures. You like working in the team, being reliable and responsible. Ideally, you have already done an internship with business or commercial background or you have completed an apprenticeship in this area.
