You accompany versatile construction projects and exciting questions in the field of public construction management You deal with technical and building-operated issues – e.g. the development and modernisation of electrotechnical and mechanical installations and the technical building management in the context of short-term hospitations also outside the BLB NRW You will get comprehensive insights into the theory and practice of modern and forward-looking management trading You prepare for a future management career in the State Building Administration at the BLB NRW In the training period you will receive in addition to the candidate's basic amount of approx. A surcharge of 80 % You will receive a family allowance according to your family circumstances

You have a successfully completed degree or master's degree in the field of machine technology, electrical engineering, supply technology, energy technology or industrial engineering with a technical deepening in the above-mentioned field (according to Appendix 1 of the Examination Regulation). Further requirements: You did not exceed the maximum age of 39 years – exceptions are possible within the legal framework You bring at least three years of professional experience, after a successful bachelor's degree in one of the above-mentioned disciplines (according to Appendix 1 to the Examination Regulation), preferably in the field of planning and construction of building facilities You are willing to take responsibility and strive for leadership Your high readiness to learn and change as well as your authentic and safe appearance You have the ability to work independently as well as the willingness to connect your own network You fulfil the further legal requirements for the takeover into the civil service You have German knowledge that corresponds at least to the C1 level (flowing in word and writing)
