You are responsible for the smooth operation of the event technology and the associated components in LUH's meeting facilities and meeting rooms. In the event service you support the preparation and execution of events. In case of event-related questions, you co-ordinate and participate in the erosion and dismantling of the required event technology and assist in the preparation of risk assessments. The supervision of technical samples and the operation of the event technology during the event also belongs to your tasks as a stage specialist. You support the assignment of external technology companies and implement the award of university-owned event technology. You take the instruction and handover of the event technology to external service providers and organizers. You carry out tests on stage equipment and take care of the compliance of prescribed maintenance intervals. You develop and expand LUH's event-relevant installations in assembly facilities and event rooms in order to realize events that will be a complete success.
