Analyses & Quick-Checks: You carry out analyses and Quick-Checks on care quality and personnel use, conduct targeted measures and support our customers in their implementation. Interim Management: You take care services or Facility management temporarily the operational management to stabilize the operation and secure the quality. Result presentation: You prepare final reports to address and formally formulate sound recommendations for action. Quality Management: You develop concepts, standards and process instructions and provide quality management systems. Audit Guide: You prepare customers individually for audits and regulatory audits, accompany them and responsible for the follow-up. Stakeholder Management: You negotiate framework agreements with certification bodies and coordinate cooperation with external partners.

A completed training with care allowance as well as the qualification for nursing care or training management An independent working and experience in interim management Multiannual professional experience in long-term care with sound knowledge in planning, organisation and restructuring of quality management systems Experience in project management and implementation of transformation processes as well as security in dealing with care documentation and QM tools Impressed readiness for the nationwide projects of our customers Communication strength to interact with the project participants in the team and our customers
