Your tasks E2E Responsibility for the design and implementation of the digitalization of business processes In particular, end-to-end accompaniment of AI initiatives - from idea to request to solution design, project planning and support of implementation designing innovative solutions for existing or new technical requirements; Responsibility for the professional development in relation to Customer and Company Value Creation, Look and Feel, Process Improvement and Optimization Management of the solution teams and responsibility of the solution in the context of finance, time, security, risk, scope and quality Close cooperation with other departments (IT, Business Intelligence) and external service providers Your skills Completed studies in economics/industrial sciences, computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications and professional experience in relevant fields Extensive experiences in agile projects and agile work, especially in the implementation of IT projects, digitalization and transformations Practical experience in the design and introduction of AI solutions or machine learning or data analytics Understanding modern corporate architectures and integration and interface technologies Technical or project management experiences in digitization projects and ideally certification (SAFe, SCRUM, ITIL, Prince2, IPMA or comparable) Experience in the evaluation and selection of software solutions and technology partners Knowledge in the reporting environment of the Solution Manager (Dashboards, Focused Insights) Very good knowledge of German and English
