Strategic support: You take over the holistic, strategic support and the expansion of our large customer from the automotive sector Interface management: You are the central interface between staff disposition, operational recruiting and our large customer Team management & coaching: You lead a small team of personnel representatives, promote their development and control the achievement of targets via key figures Market analysis: You observe market trends in human resources services, guide action recommendations and tap into further potential in existing customer structures

– Expertise meets Leader Personality Experience: You have several years of experience in the field of personnel services (workers' registration / personnel placement) Leader: You already have first leadership experience or have the detectable maturity to go the step into a leading function Know-how: Funded knowledge in labour law, AÜG, as well as experience with on-site or master vendor solutions are of course for you Communication strength: You convince by an excellent negotiation skills, a safe occurrence at C level and a pronounced consulting competence
