completed study BWL or commercial training with additional qualification in the field of personnel and accounting, taxes or business management multiannual professional experience in personnel and accounting, ideally in senior position Balance sheet security and sound knowledge HGB, AO, tax law and non-profit specifics well-founded knowledge of tax, social and labour regulations Knowledge of funding landscape and experience in handling funding very good DATEV knowledge (ReWe / LODAS), also in the field of administration safe handling of payment systems (including WinData) and employee management systems (WIZ, Qualli.life) IT affinity and very good MS Office knowledge, ideally VBA experience Leadership and pronounced social competence analytical thinking and structured working Communication strength and enforcement capability
