Project Management Materials Management, Purchasing & Vehicle Fleet (m/f/d)

The Department of Purchasing and Material Management of VGF is responsible for the procurement of all the goods and services required, including tenders, contract negotiations and offer assessments. It carries out market analyses and supplier assessments, ensures economic storage and develops warranty cases. He also takes over central procurement tasks for Group companies and optimizes interfaces to other business areas. You conduct and control projects in the fields of materials management, purchasing and fleet – from idea to successful implementation You take responsibility for current key projects, e.g. the up and down Reconstruction of three warehouses and the construction of a car workshop You can identify needs, develop suitable concepts and agree with all relevant stakeholders You are responsible for the holistic project management including Planning, resource management, risk and escalation management and quality assurance You coordinate internal departments, suppliers and external service providers and ensure the timely and quality-compliant implementation You analyze logistical key figures, derive improvement measures and continuously optimize processes and systems – in particular in the context of SAP and other applications of the department

You have successfully completed your technical or commercial studies, ideally with a focus on project management, or alternatively bring a vocational training with a well-founded experience in the above-mentioned areas of work with You have demonstrable experience in managing complex projects and bringing the necessary sovereignty and clarity into your work You know MS Office safe, have a good understanding of common project control tools and work routiniert with SAP (S/4HANA) You bring a pronounced analytical approach as well as a strategic approach and convince by a quick understanding in different topics (construction, technology, material) You communicate clearly, confidently and at eye level – and combine this strength with the necessary enforcement capability to safely advance projects
