Steward Employee Scullery (m/f/d)

In this position, together with the team, you will ensure cleanliness and order behind the scenes of our gastronomy. You are responsible for cleaning and providing dishes and working materials in the kitchen as well as in all gastronomic areas. The polishing of cutlery and crockery is also part of your task. In addition, take care of the thorough cleaning of the kitchen, the kitchen floor, the staff restaurant and the storage rooms – including final cleaning. Careful waste separation and compliance with all hygiene standards according to HACCP are of course for you.

In this role, you will work with the team to ensure cleanliness and order behind the scenes of our restaurant. You will be responsible for cleaning and providing dishes as well as kitchen equipment across all gastronomic areas. Polishing cutlery and dishes is therefore part of your duties. In addition, you will take care of the thorough cleaning of the kitchen, kitchen floors, staff restaurant, and storage areas – including final cleaning. Careful waste separation and compliance with all hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP are a matter of course for you.

You have knowledge of the HACCP guidelines, bring good English skills to work in an international team and convince with motivation, reliability and team spirit.
