Your duties

• Guides, introductions and taxes of your cleaning teams incl. Application planning and documentation
• Provision of contractually agreed services including Documentation and quality assurance
• responsibility for budget compliance; Give entrepreneurial impulses
• Customer retention and relationship expansion, e.g. extension of the WISAG service scope in your objects
• Acceptance of customer complaints incl. Cause elimination

• Training as a building cleaner, commercial skills or further training as an object manager
• Multiannual experience in services and services Facility management or building cleaning
• Experience in employee management
