Coach in the field of social and professional integration of the (long-term) unemployed (m/f/d)

You carry out individual coaching in our premises and assist participants in everyday tasks, such as doctor visits, public authorities etc. With our participants you develop their formal and informal skills and create profiling. You develop application strategies and professional application documents. Activate, motivate and accompany our participants in the application process and in the reception of a suitable activity. You work closely with cost providers, authorities, companies and the educational network. You carry out workshops and projects in small groups on various topics such as health, communication, IT foundations, etc. You document your pedagogical work and the individual course of action and completed reports for our clients.

Ideally, you have completed studies, preferably social work, pedagogy or psychology, or a comparable qualification. You may have a certified degree as a coach. In addition, you have experience in consulting, bringing empathy, social and intercultural skills as well as communication strength, contact joy and an independent and structured way of working. You have joy in working with people. You are self-employed and structured and have a high sense of responsibility. You master the current software (MS Office) and are well familiar with the job search or the creation of application documents.
