Care and quality assurance of personnel master files Creation and analysis of HR reports, ad hoc evaluations and personnel statistics Design, optimization and standardization of HR processes in accounting and time management Working to further develop an efficient, digital and customer-oriented HR organization

Closed commercial vocational training with further training to/from the personnel specialist/wife or paybook holder:in First professional experience in HR project management, process design and documentation Experience in digitalization and transformation projects of advantage Advantageous knowledge of SAP HCM and/or SAP Success Factors Good knowledge of English - other languages of advantage Structured and independent operation

Depending on the qualification and experience, the annual gross salary is between €55,000 and €60,000 for a full-time 38-hour week. .
