A tailor-made 15-month trainee program: Practical and adapted to you and your interests to develop you optimally With your individual application plan, you can complete all areas of fashion management for our products Child, Women's & Men's Wear and Home & Living You are part of the team from the start, work actively in the respective areas and take over your own projects In the long term, we would like to develop you into product management or shopping – in the course of the trainee program, we will find out where your greatest passion lies product management: you develop our collections from the first idea, accompany the assortment holisticly and analyzes individual product groups as well as their success factors in order to continuously optimize our collections. Purchasing: You are placing production orders at our long-term, international suppliers, constantly developing the supplier portfolio and working closely with them and our departments to get the best articles for our customers

A successfully completed degree in the field of BWL, Economics, Fashion Management or a comparable degree programme You have gained first experience through internships or previous training, which we can develop together in the course of the trainee program You combine fashion and business: Your contagious enthusiasm for fashion and your great interest in analytical-economic work are yours A high willingness to take care of goods in a perspective, an open, communicative appearance and a good persuasiveness far from any arbitration Flowing German and Treatable English Knowledge
