For our IT Systems & Infrastructure department at our site in Essen we are looking for the next time:

Projektmanager (m/w/d) You evaluate and optimize existing processes and analyze, design and implement new ITSM processes One of the main focuses is the maintenance and development of CMDB, the IT service catalogue and the IT product portfolio You actively control change and transformation management, organize the necessary user training and ensure seamless process documentation ITSM applications are managed, configured, evaluated and developed by you Through your use, we can ensure the service quality via the definition and collection of KPIs and the creation of management reports From the implementation to the control of ITSM applications to ongoing optimization, you control the process

You have successfully completed an IT training and several years of professional experience in IT service management You are a professional in the administration and configuration of well-known ITSM applications as well as the automation of ITSM processes Ideally, you have an existing ITIL certification You like to analyse processes, think deeply into the topics and develop improvements together in the team
