For the support of our existing properties in Cologne, we are looking for dedicated real estate businessmen (m/w/d) to strengthen our team, who take over our rental management independently and responsibly. You do not care for anonymous, supra-regionally distributed objects, but real estate that you have in mind daily. Short paths, direct contact with tenants and service providers as well as the direct proximity to all property-relevant topics enable efficient, practical and high-quality management. This work close to the object is a real unique feature and creates an exceptionally close identification with the stock.

Takeover of the commercial and technical lease management of A-Z Collection and maintenance of property and tenant master data Control and documentation of property-related processes via our digital work platform Monitoring of payment and receivable management Creation of operating and auxiliary cost accounting Implementation of transfers and decreases of rental units Control of repairs, maintenance and maintenance work

You have a completed training in the real estate industry or are cross-comers with corresponding professional experience in the lease management Secure handling of Excel and Word Knowledge of Domus 4000 and Domus NAVI are advantageous but not absolutely necessary You have basic knowledge of tax / accounting framework conditions You have a pronounced understanding of numbers You appreciate a structured and precise way of working You have a strong communication skills and social competence in dealing with people
