Head of Supply Chain (m/f/d)

You control the efficient overall operation of the supply chain of the Business Unit and ensure the timely delivery of customers with end products. You are responsible for demand planning, contributing to budget creation, managing the S&OP process (Sales & Operations Planning) and developing the short and long-term production plan. You monitor the procurement of materials, manage stocks (goodhousing) and identify ways to minimise stocks.

You are driving forward initiatives for continuous process optimization and efficiency enhancement to ensure productivity growth in your area of responsibility.

You ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g. GMP) as well as corporate guidelines and create the necessary reporting and documentation.

You bring a completed university degree (BSc) in a relevant area such as engineering in the field of technology/production systems or chemical engineering. You have a professional experience of at least 4 years in a comparable, leading position in supply chain management. You communicate safely and fluently in English.

You are characterized by strong leadership skills, especially in cross-functional teams, and have a deep understanding of the entire value chain.

You are a team player with high customer and solution orientation, show sense of responsibility (''Commit & Deliver'') and have experience in project and change management.
