Your duties Disciplinary and professional leadership as well as further development of professional staff and employees Ensuring occupational safety, plant availability and contractual performance Implementation of efficient capacity and layer management to ensure high productivity Total responsibility for project management from acquisitions to acceptance in compliance with dates, quality and costs Control of revenue and earnings and further development of KPI-based reporting Ensuring complete performance and work documentation and implementation of order and cleanliness (5S)

Technical qualification: Completed technician, master or engineer - completion (electrotechnology).
