Our tasks include economic and tourism promotion, trade fairs and congresses, the operation of event houses and the implementation of major events. The FWTM sees itself in responsibility to develop the location of Freiburg in order to ensure the attractiveness of the city for citizens and guests. To strengthen our team in the Building Management & IT department, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/w/d)

Management and control of the construction design as well as entire project or maintenance management up to the successful acceptance in the context of the contractor representation Monitoring and control of budget, dates and quality including cost control Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, directives, standards and internal standards Coordination and control of external service providers such as reviewers, architects and planners as well as cooperation with internal project participants Supporting department and team management in basic investigations, feasibility analyses, budget planning and decision-making processes Creation and maintenance of project documentation as well as regular reporting to management and department/team management

Complete university degree (Dipl.-Ing., Master) in architecture, civil engineering, building technology or a comparable degree course Funded knowledge of contract design and the VOB, BGB, HOAI and public building and procurement law Multiannual professional experience in project management, ideally focusing on meeting facilities and VgV procedures Impressed communication strength for the sovereign handling of external service providers, authorities and business partners Self-employed, structured, analytical and solution-oriented working methods Strong viability and enforcement
