As a specialist (m/w/d) in integration aid, you bring your own ideas and interests into the design of the everyday life of people with social-emotional impairment You serve our users in the reference care system and accompany them pedagogically in the design of their everyday life and social interaction. You support the independence and participation of our clients and work in the interdisciplinary, multi-professional team You take over the resource and demand-oriented planning and documentation of care You cooperate with internal institutions and external partners, for example workshops for people with disabilities, doctors and therapists
