Commercial Contract Manager in Berlin Adlershof (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the creation, testing and negotiation of customer development contracts and framework contracts (public contractors, EVB-IT), NDAs, service level agreements and license agreements (national & international) Implementation of proactive risk analyses and appropriate countermeasures for contractual deviations Subsequent and Change Management (CTM) including cost and schedule assessment together with the customer project managers Responsibility for Claim Management (active & passive) – including documentation, assessment and escalation Technical support for contract business topics Coordination of interfaces with financial, legal, export and compliance departments Advice on supply and contract issues (e.g. pricing, liability and warranty issues) Ensuring compliance with corporate policies securely (e.g. liability, compliance, release processes) Close cooperation with the legal department on export control and sanctions Negotiating complex contracts with national and international partners/customers (public and private sector)

Successfully completed studies of business administration, law, economic law or a comparable course of study or a commercial training with a corresponding additional qualification Experience gained in contract management (experience in the public sector is advantageous) Secure knowledge in public pricing and procurement (e.g. EVB-IT) Technical understanding and willingness to incorporate into technical topics Travel readiness and intercultural competence German and English skills Analytical and structured thinking and the ability to quickly capture complex contractual contents Enforcement and strong negotiability Strong communication and presentation skills Proactive and solution-oriented work Team-oriented work, cooperation strength and high integrity
