Supporting the management of the business unit in the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of initiatives, offers and project progress and other projects Technical support and technological advice of productive organisational units in their acquisition activities Participation in the creation of offers according to the offer process Responsibility for contract negotiations (including completion)

Complete degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering Knowledge of specialist IT applications, for example in the field of CAD Completed military training to the officer (also reserve officer) Very long-term professional experience (> 10 years), versatile and including several years in the field of security and defence Depth and complex to acquire special knowledge or - can be used in the realisation of technical projects Knowledge of common tools (e.g. DOORS, JIRA), problem management tools Funded knowledge of system engineering, process management Multiannual project management experience (wanted to VModell XT) Process and methodological knowledge on risk analysis as well as comprehensive knowledge and experience in risk management (including methodological competence) Solid understanding of governmental and military procurement processes Experience in managing subprojects, projects and project teams Ability to perform internal coaching, training events Ability to design and manage employees even in crisis situations
