Head of Rescue Service (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for the Rescue Service department including ensuring the functioning of the Rescue Service Company as well as staff management, budget responsibility incl. Cost proof of performance and negotiations with cost-beneficiaries Organisation, control and monitoring of all service instructions, procedures and legal requirements Ensuring personnel planning, service plan monitoring and qualification of rescue staff Responsible quality assurance in the operational rescue service and compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations Management of complaint management and implementation of responses Participation in the Civil Protection Board as a specialist consultant*in rescue service

Successfully completed university studies (FH-Diplom/Bachelor) with economic focus Proofable professional suitability in the field of rescue services by: a completed professional training or a completed, relevant study; or evidenced experience in a senior activity in a company providing pension services; or proven experience in the management of a service provider

Leadership experience in a rescue service is also advantageous Comprehensive experience in the provision of services and the administration in the rescue service Good knowledge and safe application of relevant laws and regulations Knowledge of process and project management and experience in human resources Competence and willingness to implement a cooperative leadership style Impressed planning and organisational capacity combined with high self-employment and ability to solve problems Economic, innovative thinking and cost-conscious, solution-oriented action High sense of responsibility and responsibility and flexibility Motivation in conjunction with a pronounced communication, critique and conflictability Decision-making, negotiating and persuasive capacity as well as safe and binding occurrence Intercultural competence and gender competence It is desirable to take over an additional function in disaster protection as well as as as an organizational director*in rescue service Ownership of the EU licence (min. class B)
