Support, development and documentation of the SAP HCM landscape Analysis and optimization of existing HR processes in SAP and advice on new requirements Contact person for requirements and error messages around the SAP HCM module Fixing errors and implementation of requirements within the SAP standard or Representation to international tax groups Coordination of the implementation of interfaces and data transfers with national and international development teams Planning and coordination of user tests and monitoring of system upgrades by preparatory tests

Complete study of (economic) informatics, training as a specialist or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the SAP HCM environment Very good knowledge of HR processes in the areas of payroll, time management, personnel administration and organization management Experience in the analysis, support and development of SAP HCM processes flowing German and very good English knowledge in word and writing Standing for occasional missions
