Purchasing & Material Management: You learn how to compare, order, and monitor the dates with suppliers. Sales & order processing: You support the creation of offers, address customer requests for our worldwide chocolate facilities and accompany the process from order to shipping. Accounting & Finance: You'll check in invoices, write invoices to our customers and step by step into accounting and cost accounting. Human resources & organization: You help manage personal files, time recording and support in the organizational tasks of everyday office. Interface to production: You quickly understand how administration and manufacturing work hand in hand to deliver special machines to the customer on time.

Graduated from school: High-quality real-school degree (middle maturity), high-school qualification or general university qualification (Abitur). Numbers & language: Good understanding of numbers and reliable knowledge of German in word and writing (English knowledge is advantageous in international sales). EDV knowledge: First experience in dealing with current MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Personal strengths: interest in commercial and technical relationships, reliability, independence and a friendly, open way.
