Tax advice on intra-group restructuring, (re)financing and dividend distribution and M&A transactions Support of Source Tax and DAC6 Processes Determination and Responsibility of Current and Latent Tax Positions in the HGB and IFRS Annual and Quarterly Financial Statements / Reporting Packages of Local Group Companies and Support for Group-wide Tax Reporting Own-sponsored support of our German subsidiaries in the field of national income taxes and coordination of declaration and declaration obligations Further development, standardization and digitization of tax controls and tax compliance processes as well as their improvement initiatives in interaction with finance transformation, data, processes and systems Support in the efficient implementation and establishment of tax standards, guidelines, controls and governance Control and technical assistance of audits, structured preparation of the facts and support for queries, examination requests and further processing of tax topics Responsibility for central topics such as Pillar 2, tax and public country-by-country reporting To do this, you agree closely with central and decentralized finance functions, local contacts and external consultants and ensure transparent, structured and address-oriented communication.

Successfully completed economic or legal studies (or Diploma - Finanzwirt:in) Completed tax advisor exams Relevant professional experience in a corporate tax department or in a WP/StB company Finds wide-ranging tax expertise with generalistic profile and the ability to safely review and link different tax areas Knowledge of international tax law and tax reporting and global tax compliance desirable Interest in Tax Technology, modern IT tools and current developments in Tax Tech Analytical thinking, structured working and high self-initiative Business Mindset, practical and solution-oriented approach Team player with strong communication, commitment and responsibility German and English skills Safe handling of MS Office
