Against the background of this sustained growth, we are looking for a dedicated property accountant (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) with a strong passion for the real estate industry for our clients. In this position, you contribute to the optimization and construction of new structures and processes in accounting and contribute significantly to the further development of the area.

Responsibility for the real estate accounting of the property companies assigned to you Implementation of debitor and creditor accounting Implementing accounts and balances Management and maintenance of tenant accounts Processing of dunning and receivable management Compilation of annual operating expenses in cooperation with the Property Managers Participation in the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Support for internal and external audits and annual audits

Complete study of business management or completed commercial training with a focus on accounting Professional experience in accounting, ideally in the real estate environment Experience in dealing with real estate ERP systems desirable Embossed numerical understanding and an independent and structured working method Team orientation and communication skills Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Very good knowledge of German and English at a professional level
