Duisburg Kontor Hallenmanagement GmbH operates and markets some of the most important venues in Duisburg. With our halls & congresses and the landscape park Duisburg-Nord we create the framework for congresses, concerts, fairs, cultural events and numerous other events. The halls & congresses include the Mercatorhalle in the CityPalais, the Rheinhausen Hall and the Glückauf Hall. The landscape park Duisburg-Nord is one of the most extraordinary venues in Germany and offers a unique setting for open-air events, festivals, fairs and corporate events.

For our Hallen & Congress division, we are looking for a professionally and humanly convincing personality at the next time.

Event management: Planning, organisation and technical implementation of private and foreign events Security: Responsibility for safe event operation in compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g. VStättVO, DGUV) Plant operation: Operation and monitoring of event and building equipment Resource management: personnel deployment and material planning as well as the creation of drain and CAD plans Team management: technical management of the event team including the needs-oriented service and shift planning Interface function: cooperation and communication with customers, authorities and project participants, as well as obtaining necessary permits

Qualification: Successfully completed training for master / master (w, m, d) for event technology Flexibility: readiness for flexible working hours, even in evening and night hours, weekends and holidays Management experience: experience in the technical coordination of internal teams and external companies Working method: High organisational skill paired with an independent, structured and team-oriented working method Service idea: Representative customer and service orientation in handling artists, customers and partners Language competence: Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing; further foreign language skills are advantageous
