Post Merger Integration Manager (m/f/d)

We offer you a varied working day, where you take responsibility and act visibly. Together with the management, you create a scalable PMI function and develop standards, roles, templates and an integration playbook.

You plan and tax integrations of newly acquired companies from preparation to day 1 and the first 100 days to transfer to the regular business.

You coordinate cross-disciplinary workstreams, in particular operations, finance, HR, IT, sales, legal/compliance and process management.

You make sure that the operating daily business of the acquired companies remains stable during integration.

You identify synergy and improvement potentials and implement these pragmatic, measurable and with a view to local reality.

You accompany change management processes, moderate target conflicts and create confidence between group, management, former owners and employees.

You regularly report to management milestones, risks, budgets and KPIs.

You bring people, businesses and processes together successfully – we offer you an environment where you can actively shape growth and achieve visible impact. You bring several years of experience in Post Merger Integration, M&A, Transformation, Consulting, Corporate Development or Operational Business Development.

You have managed complex projects with multiple stakeholder groups and ideally know topics such as process harmonisation, organisational development, IT/system migration or PMI governance.

You ensure that cultural integration, management development and employee retention are an integral part of any integration project.

You have a very good business understanding and can combine operational reality, value enhancement, synergies and cultural feasibility.

Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to pragmatically translate opportunities into results are of course for you. You may also have your own experience in self-employment, building a company, in an entrepreneurial family.

You communicate confidently at the management and staff level and convince with empathy, clarity and commitment.

You are ready within Germany approx. 30–50% of your time to travel, especially in the first months after an acquisition.
