You bring our highly automated special machines to life. From the first power supply to the successful final take-off, you take on the technical responsibility for commissioning our systems and make sure that hardware and software play together perfectly. You work with the latest drive, camera and control technology and ensure that all functions work reliably, safely and according to the technical specification. You analyze complex technical relationships, solve electrical and mechanical challenges and accompany each plant until it is transferred to the next phase of the project. Further tasks at a glance: commissioning and parameterization of I/O, vision and motion systems Adaptation and parameterization of machine sequences within our in-house control software (PCM) Initialization, testing and optimization of machine functions Implementation and verification of safety functions Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of complex automation systems Analysis and troubleshooting in hardware and software Implementation of software, function and system tests Ensuring plant function according to technical specification Documentation of results and structured handover to the following project phases Particularly exciting for you: you will experience how high-precision production systems are created from individual components that are used by leading technology companies worldwide. (m/w/d) or Master (m/w/d) or Study of electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable discipline Ideally, first professional experience in commissioning, automation technology or special machine construction Good knowledge of electrical engineering, measurement and control technology or drive technology Technical understanding of complex machines and mechatronic systems Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Embossed analytical ability and joy in troubleshooting German and English knowledge in word and writing (at least level B2)
