Your tasks:

• Operation and monitoring of an automated three-point bending system for machining large metal components
• Roughing of the machine according to production orders and technical Drawing
• control of workpieces with respect to dimensional accuracy and Surface quality
• implementation of simple maintenance and maintenance work at the Appendix
• Documentation of production data and quality characteristics

Your profile:

• Complete training in a metalworking profession (e.g. machine and plant guide, industrial mechanic, Construction mechanics
• First experience in programming and operating CNC or bending systems of advantage
• Experience in commissioning new equipment or machines desirable
• Safe handling of measuring equipment
• Technical understanding and good reading of technical drawings
• Quality awareness, reliability and careful Procedure
• readiness for shiftwork
• Team skills and responsibility
