You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of your four-member team and promote a trusted, efficient cooperation and individual development of your employees. Together with your team, you coordinate the timing of our clean room projects, keep costs and milestones in mind and initiate appropriate measures in case of deviations. You will regularly present the results of the Institute Management. By analyzing and evaluating process processes with our Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), you actively contribute to developing and sustainably improving production and business processes. Another key part of your activity is the responsibility and further development of the cleanroom contamination management. In exchange with our customers, you take on regular reporting and act as a central contact person for organizational issues as well as delays in the production process.
