The Children's and Youth Home is a curative educational institution and currently looks after approx. 270 children, adolescents and young adults as part of a differentiated outpatient, partially and fully-stationary therapeutic youth assistance offer and is an inobservatory for the city of Baden-Baden and the district of Rastatt. At the Stulz-Schriever Foundation in Baden-Baden, several permanent and temporary posts (full and part-time) are available in the fully-stationary housing groups and in the daily groups at the earliest possible time. Planning and design of an educationally sensible daily routine Monitoring and targeted promotion of the individual child Individual homework Creation of a child-friendly atmosphere in the fully-stationary area Agricultural activities administrative activities, business plan, cash registers Planning and implementation of group work Preparation, co-design and participation in festivals of the institution Cooperation and participation in the planning and implementation of holiday periods Participation in employee meetings Parent contacts and parent work Close cooperation with schools, authorities, associations Participation in help schedule calls Creation of development reports Help to learn self-employment in the field of health and hygiene and in practical life management (e.g. household, shopping)

In addition to training in one of these areas, we want comprehensive professional knowledge, team skills, self-initiative, resilience, joy in working with children, young people and their parents and experience in home education. The use in the full-station area is associated with flexible working time design and service in the evening hours and weekends.
