Trial internship for educators / childcare workers (m/f/d)

Full-day care of young children: You will care for the young at the age of six months to three years and offer them a loving environment. Common crafting and playing: creativity and playing are the focus. You support children in their artistic and playful activities. Funding under the Bavarian Children's Education and Care Act: You will promote children according to legal requirements and support their individual development.

You should have a high social competence and enjoy dealing with children. Artistic and musical predispositions are of advantage.

You will complete an at least five-day internship that will give you a first insight into the professional world. During the internship, you will get to know the training profession in detail, so you will develop a thorough understanding of the tasks and requirements. You will experience a versatile, interesting and varied work. In addition to daily morning circles and common meals, excursions to the surrounding area, such as the outdoor swimming pool, will also take place. A sponsor will assist you as a contact person during the entire internship. In our company there are flat hierarchies and open communication in the 'du-form'. .
