Team Leader Consumption Billing (m/f/d)

Technical and organisational management Leadership, control and further development of the team (front and back office) Ensuring a timely, complete and legally safe billing (electricity, gas, water, district heating, waste water) Coordination of annual consumption accounts, turnus and special accounts Participation in economic planning and budget monitoring Cooperation in projects (e.g. system changes, legal innovations) Accounting and Process Responsibility Responsibility for the mapping and execution of accounting processes in the ERP system (e.g. sluices) such as impact management, market communication and exchange processes Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (including GPKE, GeLi Gas, EnWG, KAV) Contact person for regulatory and accounting issues Control of market communication (delivery change, INVOIC, REMADV, clearing) Quality and optimization Optimization and digitization of billing processes Error analysis and correction of billing deviations Ensuring data quality and plausibility (e.g. quantities, tariffs, master data) Interface management Close cooperation with network operation, sales, IT and external service providers Contact persons for complex subjects, escalations and special cases Participation in projects (e.g. iMSys, digitization, system changes)A

Qualification Closed commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman, merchant/wife for office management) or comparable qualification Ideally further training to the specialist, farmer or comparable Multiannual professional experience in the energy industry, ideally in consumption accounting or market communication Knowledge of regulatory processes (GPKE/GeLi, network usage, accounting system) Experience with ERP/Calculation Systems (ideally Schleupen) Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Leadership & Personality First leadership experience or strong willingness to take over leadership responsibility Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation High responsibility and enforcement Communication strength and safe occurrence – even in challenging situations
